As Director of Services, you will provide strategic direction, change management and leadership and guide your General Managers in delivering high quality services in line with the organisation’s mission and values. You will demonstrate dynamic transformational leadership, focussing on retaining and building a highly skilled and committed team.

As a member of the Executive Team you will drive innovative change models, be integral in identifying and supporting strategic projects and initiatives, and ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory and compliance requirements. You will demonstrate a high level of business acumen, through identifying opportunities for the organisation, managing and monitoring financial accountabilities, being influential with building effective networks and partnerships and engaging with industry stakeholders.

To be successful you will have significant senior leadership experience delivering strategic direction within the health industry, and be highly competent in developing budgets and monitoring performance and operating to key benchmarked targets. Key will be the ability to lead workplace health & safety initiatives and drive performance and accountability.

You will possess tertiary qualifications in Human Services or a related Health discipline.
