We are seeking a General Manager to join an Australian company specialised in earthmoving services. Your role as the General Manager will see you managing, inspiring, coaching and growing the team in WA. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business; full P&L responsibility, operations and business development.

- Come from the civil engineering, earthmoving industry.

- Have knowledge in and experience with strategic business planning, budgeting, contract management and safety practices.

- Have solid leadership skills managing and inspiring teams.

- Have a strong customer & commercial focus and business acumen.

- Have the capacity to identify new opportunities ensuring sustainable sales growth.

- Have outstanding F2F presentation skills, problem-solving and negotiating skills.

- Have Perth working knowledge and experience.

- Have exposure to the mining industry.

- Be goal driven, well organised, reliable and accountable.
