Senior Civil Engineer-Project Manager- Roads & Traffic

Utilise your knowledge as a Project Manager- Roads & Traffic (Civil Engineering Background) within the Urban Development Infrastructure field and gain expertise with one of Australia and Asia's leading design solution consultancies.

This organisation is one of Australasia's leading providers regarding the delivery of design solutions for infrastructure and engineering services. Their client base spans across the resources, civil and structural engineering, environment and water industries. Operating for over 50 years and employing 350 technical staff throughout Queensland and New South Wales, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their Canberra based team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of high profile engineering projects and coordinate the work of one or more teams. The successful candidate will ensure work activities of the project team are achieved through appropriate systems on behalf of the client. Additionally you will identify potential growth opportunities and new clients through successful management of projects and relationships.

The successful candidate will have:
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
• 5-10 years experience within the infrastructure field- Roads & Traffic
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards and practices in NSW/VIC
• Ability to pursue new business opportunities
• Proven experience within consultancy covering the management of multiple projects on time and to budget
