Hydraulic Engineer

Our client is a world-leading provider of equipment and solutions for mineral exploration, and underground mining with a strong presence in the Hunter Region. Employed as an experienced Hydraulic Engineer, you will be working in a team of highly skilled professionals and use your experience and technical ability to complete the design and drafting of Hydraulic systems.
The successful applicants will become part of an innovative and customer focused team, working on advanced hydraulic equipment, which offers a wide range of opportunities including:

• Designing Hydraulic solutions for new and existing UGM products. 
•  Fault finding and solving Hydraulic issues from the field, and in the factory.
• Creation of detailed drawings that ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Support manufacturing and other departments as well as external customers.

Ideally, the successful applicants will hold an engineering degree or equivalent diploma, and have solid attention to detail and strong analysis skills. You will have 4+ years experience and ideally have worked with mobile equipment previously. Your exceptional communication skills and team-orientated attitude will ensure you build sound relationships within your team and with other departments. In addition, you will have a quality and safety focus to ensure work goals are completed with accuracy and within safety standards.
