Industrial Engineer

Iconic brand name within the FMCG sector has an immediate need for an Industrial Engineer &/or Supply Capability Engineer to join their expanding division based on the Central Coast. You will cover duties including reporting and analysis of the factories performance to working with the operations team to ensure material waste is kept to a minimum.

Major responsibilities of the role include:

• Enable quality decision making from analysing plant operating capacities to economic feasibility studies of capital projects.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement systems
• Implement benchmarking standards to ensure quality of all manufactured items
• Champion key projects with the aim to improve supply KPI’s inline with business objectives

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering/supply chain
• Demonstrated experience in deliver results
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Drive to find opportunities for improvement & solve challenging and complex problems
