Lead Electrical Engineer to join a highly successful team based in Mackay providing high level services to customers in coal mining, metals and infrastructure/ environment sectors. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be required to co-ordinate discipline engineering issues as well as providing centre of discipline engineering expertise. You will develop execution strategies for projects and proposals and manage the development of junior electrical engineers. You will ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards and facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team.

Requirements
• Degree Qualified Electrical Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland or in progress
• 10 Years + post Graduate experience
• Significant experience in detail design within heavy industry
• Strong technical background in power and/or control systems engineering
• Previous experience in managing a team of engineers and designers in the timely production of deliverables
• Previous experience working within strict HSE standards/guidelines
