The Role
Due to growth, the business is now searching for an additional Customer Care Executive to join their existing team. This person will be responsible for managing new business and proactively calling existing customers on a scheduled call cycle. They will be able to provide customers with required information and escalate their inquiries as required. They will be able to arrange appointments for the sales consultants and ensure that all records are updated accordingly. They will be able to negotiate and be able to provide responses to customers within a timely manner in order to be able to retain business.
The Requirements
At least 2 years experience in cold calling or inside sales environment
Ability to reach/exceed targets
Previous customer service or account management experience
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to cross-sell and up-sell to new and existing customers
