Full Time Sales Assistant
Coles Mobile is a new and exciting reseller of mobile phone solutions offering connection services with all major Australian mobile phone networks. Coles Mobile stores are located within Coles Supermarkets, and provide a one stop shop for all mobile phone needs. Coles Mobile pride’s itself on offering our customers with the most suitable and cost effective mobile phone service.
Due to the success of Coles Mobile to date, we are looking to recruit a full time sales assistant for the South Melbourne Coles Mobile store.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide telecommunication solutions to meet the customer needs
• Achieve sales targets through active selling, up selling and cross selling
• Provide excellent customer service that is consistent with our brand values
• Store compliance including contract administration, stock control and store cleanliness
The Requirements:
• Experience in a retail sales, customer service or hospitality
• A drive for sales and passion to actively sell and engage
• A passion to win and enthusiasm for success
• A fun, enthusiastic and focused attitude to work
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility to work a 7 day roster (including weekends and late night trade)
Telecommunications experience would be an advantage, however Coles Mobile will provide complete on-the-job product, sales and system training to the successful candidate. A key requirement of this role is a willingness and passion to engage with the Coles Customer. The successful applicant must be comfortable approaching customer’s in store with the view of selling Coles Mobile services.
