Customer Service Officer - Government Opportunity

A rare opportunity has become available to join our government client in this customer service role. You will be keen to join a professional team providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in meeting the needs of customers.

 

To be considered for these roles, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Ability to work in a demanding and changing work environment;
  • Excellent confidence and negotiation skills when communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds;
  • Sound computer literacy skills; and
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and policies.

These are full time positions, with the core hours of operation Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, and you will need to have flexibility to work within these hours. You must be able to commence on the 3rd September and commit to a contract until February 2013.
