Customer Service/Call Centre roles

A rare opportunity has become available to work within a Government Call Centre in a short term role. You will be keen to join a professional team providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in meeting the needs of customers.

To be considered for these roles, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in an outbound call centre, inbound call centre or telesales.
• Ability to work in a demanding and changing work environment;
• Excellent confidence and negotiation skills when communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds;
• Sound computer literacy skills; and
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
• Immediate availability

These are full time positions, with the core hours of operation Monday – Friday from 7.50am – 5.20pm, and you will need to have flexibility to work within these hours. You must be able to commence at short notice and commit to a contract until the 30th June 2012.
