The Online Advertising Sales Manager serves as the primary business contact for internal sales teams around Asia and external clients, and is responsible for their satisfactory experience working with the online advertising team within the global TV network. The Sales Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Sales Manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
• Providing support to sales teams regarding all online media and advertising in specific, from the pitching stage to the execution, reporting and final processing of each campaign
• Development of creative presentations, sales packages, sales initiatives or proposals for internal sales team
• Gather and review all client material (i.e. strategic brief, tech specs, etc) for creative development, in due time, for AdOperations teams to run every campaign smoothly
• Identifying potential opportunities for seasonal products, working with Ad Operations to make them happen and distribute along all sales channels
• Providing guidance and direction to associates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 5-7 years of working in online/internet-related advertising, media, website or platform. 3+ years in an online sales position, working with external agencies and clients
• Exceptional analytical skills, relationship management and communications.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office; moderate-high experience working with Excel & Powerpoint
• Highly motivated methodical thinker, proactive and ambitious
• Comfort and experience with a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail, extremely organized
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
