Business Development Manager: Advertising Online and Print

They operate nationally with Sales Executives working out of Sydney, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Newcastle, Perth, and Brisbane.
The success of the business has been due to not only the level of professionals they employ, but also the marketing tool which they sell providing an efficient, measurable and inexpensive solution to small and medium businesses that has a great track record of success.
THE ROLE
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a strategic and tactical mindset who has many years experience working in the Media Industry.
Dealing with a large number of Clients and Agencies, this person will directly report to the National Sales Manager and will be expected to maximise revenue, deliver results, pro-actively identify new opportunities and implement different strategies to attain targets.
The role will be autonomous and this individual will be mostly out on the road liaising with different stakeholders. However, the Sydney office is based in Roseberry.
THE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in dealing with well-known companies
• The ability to work autonomously
• Corporate level communication and presentation skills
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in Media Sales – both print and online
• 3+ years Business Development Experience in Media Sales and 2 + years experience in Agency and Corporate Sales
• Existing Media Agency contacts
