We are currently seeking a number of reliable, experienced, self motivated and committed candidates to work with our fantastic clients on various temporary administration assignments.The roles may also very in length and location.
Depending on the assignment you’re successful for, you may be required to:
•Manage a busy switchboard
•Assist with data entry
•Assist with accounts
•Coordinate the mail, couriers etc
•Call Centre
•Customer Service
•Other ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for these great opportunities you must be available to begin work immediately as assignments come in and be willing to commit to the entire duration of an assignment. Commitment and reliability are a must! You will also have previous administration experience with strong skills in MS Office. Experience with other software systems is also beneficial. Candidates with experience in SAP and Oracle will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills are a must!
A car and a current licence are vital as most of our assignments are not accessible by public transport. Availability to work a same day start would be a bonus!
