Office Assistant
Our client in the Seafood Wholesale industry is the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and they are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
Starting at 5am you will be working in the office taking orders and processing payments. This is a busy time of day for our client as their customers are buying products to serve in restaurants and hotels.
As you build on your experience you will be an integral part of this team, you will provide exceptional support and as such you will assist with all round office duties which will include:
• Greeting customers from your office window and answering any enquiries regarding price, stock or availability
• Invoicing
• Entering customer orders and taking payments
• Answering enquires
• Date entry
• Other general Adhoc administration duties
To be successful you will have a bright and bubbly personality be motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent customer service skills. You will have strong administration experience with an excellent typing speed and Intermediate Word and Excel.
If you are available to work from 5am to 1pm this is not an opportunity to be missed! This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $45K + superannuation to commence as soon as possible.
