Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, professional and friendly Administration Assistant to join a growing and reputable company which is a key supplier of tailor-made strategic market research to major private and public organisations.
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of proposals, reports and presentations
• Liaising with clients in regards to documents and other issues
• Typing, formatting and preparing the layout for proposals
• Booking and arranging of client functions and meetings
• Experience with tender preparation
• Archiving of reports and documents
• Relief reception and any other ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate:
• A motivated, mature and professional nature
• Well presented and excellent team skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally a degree in Social Science or Psychology
