Our client is a leading manufacturer of corrugated board packaging based in Rocklea. They are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist them from 14th August 2012 till the 5th October to cover annual leave. Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm and 3 weeks training will be provided.
Working within the production environment, applicants must be comfortable wearing closed in shoes and high vis vests while working in addition to safety glasses and ear plug when travelling to and from the office.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:- * Payroll administration * Keying timesheets * Downloading Payroll Reports * Distributing Payslips * Scanning and Emailing * Producing weekly Seclab Reports via Excel * Producing daily Reports for Quality Dept * Filing Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:- * Experience using one or more of the following systems - SAP; NPS (Talent 2); MyWorkplaceSolutions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Previous Payroll Administration experience * Strong Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel * Own reliable transport * Able to fully commit from 14th Aug - 5th October Further you will be a motivated and dedicated individual with a proactive approach and ability to meet strict deadlines.
