Business Analyst- Payroll
Required immediately, a qualified Business Analyst with extensive exposure analysing complex payroll functions to work within this large, multinational business on a contract basis. The role is due to start as soon as possible and will run until November 2012 with the strong possibility of extending into the new year.
The primary responsibility of this role is to complete a full review of the companies payroll systems and processes in order to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes and create greater standardisation across the business. The company has in excess of 9000 employees so the successful candidate will need to have exposure to completing detailed payroll analysis of large, complex companies. You will work with payroll groups across all the states to create an accurate 'map' of payroll processes and identifying areas where inefficiencies are present before assisting the various divisions in implementing improvements and changes to ensure standardisation across the business.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding Business Analyst with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business both verbally in liaising with various stakeholders and producing accurate written reports, documentation and presentations. They will have a comprehensive understanding of payroll functions within a large, globally recognised business and have the technical acumen to provide and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Furthermore the successful candidate will be able to create process flow diagrams and flowcharts, ideally using Visio, and translate the detailed analysis into viable technical solutions within a commercially acceptable method.
