Part Time Accounts Administration Assistant

This role is a unique part time opportunity for a 2 month temporary contract providing administration support to a busy accounts team within a large global organisation.

As one of Australia’s industry leaders, this organization in the Gas and Energy sector is enjoying high levels of growth, which makes it an exciting time to step in to a team which supports professional development from within.

This is a part time opportunity, working 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. To be eligible for this opportunity, you will be required to be available for interview THIS week for a commencement of next Monday 13th of August.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

• Processing of of supplier invoices
• Scanning of Accounts Payable Documents
• Back Up administration support in banking reconciliation
• Processing of motor vehicle registration and insurance payments

To be considered for this team which also leads and manages change, you will need to demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Great Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Administration experience within a busy accounts team
• Actively seek process improvements and show initiative in taking such actions;
• Have an understanding or background of Accounts - Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing or Finance
