Are you a motivated, sales focused and goal driven individual? We have a new opportunity available as an account manager/sales person based in the ACT.
Our client is the leading provider of energy efficient insulation and ventilation products in Australia. With over 75 years experience and a wealth of building science expertise, this position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity in an exciting and growing category of the building industry.
You will be an experienced Account Manager who will focus on developing a large client base of residential building contractors within the ACT and Riverina. You are able to build strong customer relationships, manage the market and ensure you identify, influence and target key decision makers to ensure all opportunities are explored and maximised.
Your key responsibilities include:
•Develop the retail/ project builder market for both existing and new customers to achieve sales and profitability targets.
•Provide leadership and implement business development programmes for external clients.
•Manage customer accounts within agreed trading terms to ensure that these terms and territory targets are satisfied.
•Ensure customer service levels are understood, communicated and maintained.
•Forecast and develop budgets in conjunction with state and national objectives.
•Key account management and sales growth.
•Provide market forecasts and intelligence to develop plans and suitable offers.
Ideally you will have experience in Building Products including insulation and ventilation products as well as strong computer skills including Word and Excel, and knowledge of SAP would be highly regarded.
12month contract with a view to permanency, fully maintained vehicle, 12% Superannuation and competitive remuneration offered to the successful applicant.
