Strata Manager

Working with a close knit small and dynamic boutique Strata Management Company this opportunity as Senior Strata Manager is ideal for the experienced manager looking for a company that can deliver on growth.

Taking over an established building portfolio of 37+ buildings (residential), you role will be to continue on the high level of service on the portfolio, and capitalise on potential growth opportunities, manage stakeholder engagement and oversee management implementation.

You will have:

• Proven experience in a Strata/Asset Management type position
• Strong communication/negotiation/mediation ability with a focus on strategic management
• Qualifications/Certification in Real Estate/Property or equivalent
• Proactive attitude and professional business acumen
• Solid computer skills in MS Office
