Sales Assistant - Full Time

Chandler Macleod has teamed with Coles Supermarkets to manage a number of Coles Mobile stores across Melbourne.
Coles Mobile is a new and exciting reseller of mobile phone solutions offering connection services with all major Australian mobile phone networks. Coles Mobile stores are located within Coles Supermarkets, and provide a one stop shop for all mobile phone needs. Due to the success of Coles Mobile to date, we are looking to recruit a full time staff member to work in the Berwick South store.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide telecommunication solutions to meet the customer needs
• Achieve sales targets through active selling, up selling and cross selling
• Provide excellent customer service that is consistent with our brand values
• Store compliance including contract administration, stock control and store cleanliness

The Requirements:

• Experience in a retail sales, customer service or hospitality
• A drive for sales and passion to actively sell and engage
• A fun, enthusiastic and focused attitude to work
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility to work a 7 day roster (including weekends and late night trade)

Telecommunications experience would be an advantage, however Coles Mobile will provide complete on-the-job product, sales and system training to the successful candidate. A key requirement of this role is a willingness and passion to engage with the Coles Customer. The successful applicant must be comfortable approaching customer’s in store with the view of selling Coles Mobile services.
