About the role:
The Workplace Banking Manager role is predominantly a sales role, focused on creating and maximising all sales opportunity. This will be achieved through establishing relationships, establishing the customer need and providing a tailored personal banking package on site at worksites. The role will market, promote and sell ‘whole of bank’ products
This role will require a strong focus on delivering results that are mutually beneficial to all stakeholders and assist our customers in achieving their financial goals
What success in this role looks like:
Residential lending experience
Proven Sales Background
Proven experience in presentation skills
Engaging and energetic character
Ability to proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
The above coupled with a sound understanding of the Industry Super Fund and Union Industry while Ensuring Ownership of the customer experience, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities will ensure success in this role
