Training Facilitators

There are exciting opportunities available for experienced trainers to join a high profile project starting immediately in Melbourne/Adelaide/Hobart. These positions offer candidates work life balance along with the opportunity to train a large audience as part of a high profile project.

Although these positions are not full-time, there is a high volume of work and suitable candidates can expect regular work for the next 6 months and possibly ongoing. The positions have the objective of training groups to equip them with the knowledge to be able to perform their roles effectively. The roles are primarily based in Melbourne although travel will also be required as part of the role at times.

The ideal candidates will have:

•Experience facilitating groups.
•Experience in mobile, 3G, ADSL and Cable products & processes.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Experience in delivering system based training including Siebel, Flexcab, Axis & Moby.
•A proven track record in communication & technology retail sales.
•Familiarity with the latest trends in mobile applications.
•Inbound and Outbound calls experience will be highly regarded.

A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
