 | Ian Basser MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO | Ian Basser has over 20 years experience in starting, running and building service companies around the world including Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, USA, UK and Europe. Previously, Ian was on the Global Management team of Michael Page International, managing operations in Australia, Asia and North America. He was Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Harvey Nash, running operations in the UK, Europe and the US for 3 years. Most recently, Ian has spent the past 4 years establishing and developing the Mettle Group as a leading strategic Leadership and Culture consultancy. Ian joined Chandler Macleod Group in August 2007 as Director - Recruitment & Consulting Services and accepted the role of Managing Director and CEO of CMG on July 3, 2008. |
 | Owen Wilson CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY | Owen joined Chandler Macleod Group following a 15 year career with the ANZ Banking Group during which he held various finance roles culminating in the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Institutional division of ANZ. Owen was responsible for ANZ’s International partnership business in Asia where he oversaw their investments in numerous banks and credit card businesses across the region. Prior to joining ANZ, Owen had a successful career with KPMG in Melbourne and London. He has excellent experience with high end relationship businesses through his work in Institutional Banking and he has managed high volume low margin operations in his previous role. |
 | Jason Macarthur DIRECTOR, STRATEGY and M&A | Jason Macarthur is CMG’s Director, Strategy and M&A. He is responsible for strategic management, and the execution of acquisitions, divestitures and major commercial transactions. Jason brings more than 16 years’ experience in law and business, specialising in commercial negotiations, strategic analysis, business development, and client relations.
Prior to joining CMG in 2008, Jason was principal of a Sydney corporate and media law firm, and joint managing director of a leading sports agency specialising in professional rugby. He was previously Manager, Business & Legal Affairs for XYZ Networks (Foxtel / Austar) in pay TV, lawyer in the Corporate Advisory division of Corrs Chambers Westgarth and co-editor of The Communications Law Bulletin. His qualifications include: Master of Laws (Media, Communications and IT) (UNSW); Dip Law (LAB); Grad Dip Legal Practice (UTS); and Grad Cert Applied Finance (Kaplan). |
 | Cameron Judson DIRECTOR WORKFORCE SERVICES | | As Director – Workforces Services, Cameron Judson is responsible for the profitable growth and performance of the Ready Workforce, SolAero / CM Health / Project Recruitment businesses of Chandler Macleod Group. Prior to joining Chandler Macleod Group in 2005, Cameron held a number of senior appointments with Chubb and TNT. Within these large people dependent service organisations, Cameron was responsible for improving operational performance, driving innovation and change, and delivering sustainable profitable growth. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales and an MBA (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management. |
 | David Reynolds EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER CHANDLER MACLEOD GROUP CONSULTING | | David Reynolds is the Executive General Manager of Chandler Macleod Group Consulting and joined Chandler Macleod Group in 2005, after an extensive career in the chartered accounting, human resource consulting and management consulting professions as a senior executive and partner. He has also held senior financial and general management positions in Commerce.trusts, retailers, travel, tourism, mining and resources, technology, manufacturers, not for profit, professional services and education. David has also been responsible for executive recruitment for 12 years and, in particular, has assisted a number of organisations in the recruitment of executives including, CEO‘s, Directors and General Managers. |
 | Peter Gleeson EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER PROFESSIONAL & EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT | Peter Gleeson is Executive General Manager - Professional & Executive Recruitment and joined Chandler Macleod Group (CMG) in early 2008, having built an enviable career in the recruitment industry. A past President of the RCSA in NSW, Peter was instrumental in the growth of Tanner Menzies from a 3-person boutique to an international operation, and held the position of Managing Director from 2001. Prior to joining Chandler Macleod Group, Peter headed up Australasia’s largest specialist franchise recruitment group the Frontline Recruitment Group as their CEO. Throughout his nearly 20 years in recruitment Peter has been specialising in sales and marketing, operating across many sectors and enjoying particular success in the healthcare market. |
 | Peter Bennett DIRECTOR STRATEGIC CLIENTS | Peter Bennett is Director of CMG’s Strategic Client division, responsible for the company’s strategic clients and significant enterprise new business. He has been involved in the human capital services sector since the early 1990s, initially in the US where he experienced first-hand the emerging industry trends that continue to evolve globally. Peter joined Chandler Macleod Group in 1998 and has overseen the significant organic growth generated through long-term, partnered client relationships and the company's broad range of service offerings. He has also enjoyed a 22 year career in the RAAF. |
 | Doug Townley GROUP DIRECTOR SOLAERO | As Group Director Workforce Outsourcing, Doug has responsibility for the management and development of the highly successful Group Brand - SolAero (ForStaff Aviation). Originally engaged by ForStaff in 1998, to establish and manage the delivery of services to Qantas, Doug is now completing his ninth year with the company. Prior to joining Chandler Macleod Group Doug had a successful career spanning 13 years of senior management experience in the Australian Defence Force specialising in Aviation. |
 | Phil Holman EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER READY WORKFORCE | Phil Holman is the Executive General Manager of Ready Workforce, the Industrial recruitment specialist division of Chandler Macleod Group (CMG). Starting out life as a sheet metal worker, Phil spent nine years as a tradesperson with Australian Pacific Air Conditioning. A move to Drake Industrial marked Phil’s transition into the recruitment industry. During the course of his eight years with Drake, Phil worked in a range of capacities from consultant level to state operations manager in Western Australia. Since joining CMG, Phil has successfully grown his operation by over 600%. Ready Workforce now has an annual sales of over $450m, making it one of the largest industrial temporary and permanent recruitment providers in Australasia |
 | Sue Healy EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER | Sue has 30 years Recruitment Industry experience, having worked with Drake Personnel, and Hays before owning and managing Staff & Exec Pty Ltd and HR Partners for 19 years. Chandler Macleod Group (CMG) acquired Staff & Exec in 2007 and Sue joined the CMG leadership team, managing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business, Talent Management Services (TMS). |
 | Mark McCutcheon MANAGING PARTNER CHANDLER MACLEOD GROUP CONSULTING PRACTICE LEADER, ASSESSMENT | | Mark has over 20 years experience in human resource management and organisational psychology. Before launching CompAssess, which was acquired by Chandler Macleod Group in February 2008, he was a Human Resources Manager with Goodman Fielder and a Principal Consultant with DDI Asia Pacific. Prior to this Mark held various organisational psychology and human resource development roles in Australia and the UK including Morgan & Banks, and the UK Department of Employment and British Aerospace. He has particular experience in competency development and executive assessment and development, as well as the design of talent and succession management systems. He has worked in a consulting role for a range of blue-chip organisations including Qantas, AMP, Westpac, Du Pont, ABN Amro, Nokia, Tyco Health and Citigroup. His qualifications include an MSc (distinction) in Organisational Psychology, a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a BSc (Honours) in Psychology. Mark is a Managing Partner with Chandler Macleod’s consulting division and Practice Leader for Assessment. |
 | Danielle Fraillon MANAGING PARTNER CHANDLER MACLEOD GROUP CONSULTING & PRACTICE LEADER, LEADERSHIP AND TEAM | Dani Fraillon is one of three Managing Partners of the Chandler Macleod Group Consulting. The Chandler Macleod Group Consulting is the joining of Chandler Macleod Consulting, CompAssess and Mettle Group of which Dani was Director, Melbourne. Prior to joining Mettle Group, Dani was with Rogen Pty Ltd (Now RogenSi) for 8 years as a consultant, with 4 years as Director (Partner) and global Practice Leader in the Driving Change and Performance practice. She has a background in Senior Management in both PR and Marketing, as well as 7 years in the Health & Science sectors. She has consulted extensively in the Engineering, IT, Power, Construction, Financial, Professional Services, Consumer Goods, Recruitment, Health and Government sectors across all levels of management. Dani has Science, Interior Design, Marketing and PR qualifications. She is an accredited Human Synergistics, Culture Transformation Tool and Extraordinary Leader consultant. Dani is a Paul Harris Fellow, sits on Not-for-profit committees and was awarded a Community Leadership award in 2003 |
