Recruitment Account Managers

As an account manager in our Canberra, Perth or Sydney offices, you will be responsible for driving revenue for a number of key strategic or major accounts, including activities to generate sales, develop client relationships and ensure contractual compliance in service delivery to client accounts. 

To be successful in the role you will have a substantial, high performing and stable track record in recruitment, preferably with significant experience in account management. Your outstanding client liaison skills and superior commercial acumen will be complimented by your ability to negotiate successful outcomes for all stakeholders. You will have an eye for detail and reporting and the ability to work well with colleagues and internal teams to influence desired results.

In keeping with Australian visa requirements, you will have 5+ years experience in recruitment or a degree in a related field plus 2+ years recruitment experience.

Your typical day will include a range of activities from writing adverts to sourcing and interviewing candidates; through to identifying and securing job opportunities, working with clients to understand and consult on those opportunities and ultimately unleashing the potential of your clients, candidates… and yourself.
