Overview

Take 2 hours out of your day to have lunch, and learn how to optimise your well-being by striking a balance between work and life. This informative, practical and motivating workshop provides an opportunity for busy individuals to consider the importance of work / life balance and invites them to analyse the choices they currently make.

Your well-being can be affected by your busy work schedule unless you can apply strategies to successfully manage lifestyles at work and make effective choices to establish a good balance for you. By taking action, you can enhance your overall level of job satisfaction and improve your work performance whilst making a positive difference to your well-being and overall lifestyle.

The workshop allows you to explore what work-life balance means for you at the moment and what you would like it to be in the future. We examine the benefits of achieving a balance for your well-being and explore the sources of work stress and the impact it can have on your performance and life. The workshop discusses strategies and exercises that can be applied to assist busy people to maximise their well-being and strike a good work and life balance without compromising on quality of work.
