Overview
Everyone reacts differently to pressure and change. There may be times when we, or our colleagues, experience depression and anxiety in the workplace. These emotions can impact on our colleagues’ or staff performances. But what can we do to manage such situations?
This workshop aims to increase your level of awareness to your own and others’ reactions and become familiar with coping strategies to prevent the increasing impact of unmanaged emotional symptoms. It also aims to provide useful strategies to empower you, and to support others, when facing challenging circumstances.
