Overview
“Conflict and anger is often the result of asking intelligent and strong-willed people to work together”. In many cases, conflict can be detrimental to people’s working relationships, and for effective problem-solving.
Chandler Macleod’s ‘Dealing with Anger and Conflict’ course provides participants with the skills needed to manage sensitive situations that have the potential to escalate into anger and conflict.
This course will discuss the different styles and approaches for managing anger and conflict. A range of assertiveness and communications techniques will be taught, including how to communicate directly, manage difficult requests, and respond to criticism.
