Chandler Macleod’s Constructive Communication training provides skills and techniques to maximise your effectiveness in communicating with people, dealing with difficult conversations and reducing stress and conflict from ineffective communication practices.
Constructive Communication is about increasing the probability of dealing successfully with other people by identifying, developing and applying constructive communication techniques.

Program Components
Based upon adult learning principles, the course makes use of a combination of training techniques including a customised workbook, individual and group exercises, theory and discussion Courses can be tailored to suit the needs of an organisation, with practical, relevant examples.
