Overview

Behavioural Interviewing is an effective way for hiring managers and HR professionals to increase the quality and effectiveness of recruitment and selection practices.  By investing in Behavioural Interviewing (BI) training, participants will gain practical strategies they can readily integrate with their natural interview style and existing organisational practices. The ability to make intelligent hiring decisions is vital to the success of any business. However, most traditional interviewing techniques are highly flawed.

They are ineffective for obtaining the information that really matters and allow candidates opportunity to present themselves in an unrealistically positive light.

Behavioural interviewing is a recruitment tool that overcomes these problems. It provides a highly objective, evidence-based, and predictive method for determining the suitability of candidates. With over 45 years of experience in Recruitment and Training, Chandler Macleod runs this practical course to introduce you to the basics of behavioural interviewing techniques, and help participants to use these to design an effective recruitment strategy.
