Chandler Macleod has extensive experience in the creation and management of local talent pools which can be mobilised at short notice to fulfil client requirements. Talent pool members are pre-qualified, inducted and can operate across multiple geographic locations on a fly-in, fly-out or residential nature for the term of the contract / requirement. Chandler Macleod utilises a range of sourcing strategies and techniques designed to attract the maximum number of suitable candidates from the local, regional and national markets. This includes multi-media targeted advertising, involvement in community initiatives, targeted search, workforce mobility, and the use of our National Recruitment Centre, a team of recruitment professionals who engage in attraction strategies and database mining to identify, screen and engage tradespeople and mining specialists.
International Sourcing
Through careful selection of skilled overseas labour, Chandler Macleod can provide teams of highly skilled workers to cover skilled labour shortages. Payroll Services
Chandler Macleod pays 8000+ permanent and temporary staff weekly, fortnightly or monthly in a variety of sectors. Our experience encompasses both traditional and technically advanced processes depending on the specific requirements of the client. We offer an end to end payroll services for any number of employees in any industry, and currently work with 2100 clients using different Awards and EBA’s to accurately prepare and process payroll, ensuring candidate partners are paid in full, on time.
