What personalinformation is collected?
We collect personalinformation on certain areas of our website (the “Site”) and/or when usersregister, apply for employment or respond to e-mail questionnaires. How can Iaccess, change, and/or delete information?
You may access andupdate identifiable information that you submitted to Chandler Macleod or theSite. To access your application record, please go to the Browse Jobs sectionof this site and log-in with your user name and password.
You may also haveyour personal information deleted. To do so, please send us an e-mail at privacy@chandlermacleod.com, together withsufficient information to allow us to confirm your identity (generallyspeaking, a scanned copy of photographic identification will suffice). As soonas practicable after your request is received, your personal information willbe deleted from our database.
Of course, if yourpersonal information has been deleted and you wish to apply for anotherposition through us, you will need to repeat the application process. Youshould be aware that we are required by law to retain certain personalinformation (such as payroll records); such information will not be deleted.
Security
We have in placeindustry-standard technological and operational security in order to protectyour personal information from misuse and unintended disclosure, alteration, ordeletion. Only authorised personnel will be provided with access to personalinformation. These parties are required to treat this information as confidential,and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
