Richard England

CHAIRMAN, NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
MAICD FAICCA

Richard England was appointed a Director of the Company on 27 February 2008, and became Chairman on 2 May 2008. Richard is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Richard brings to the Company over 30 years of experience in the accounting and financial services profession as well as broad management experience.

Until 1994, Richard spent most of his professional career with Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young and its predecessor firms, first becoming a partner in 1982. He practiced in the areas of Corporate Recovery and Restructuring. Richard is currently Chairman of Ruralco Holdings Limited. He is a Non-Executive Director of Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited and Nanosonics Limited. He is a former director of Healthscope Limited (from October 1996 to October 2010) and of Choiseul Investments Limited (July 2004 to December 2010).

Mark Carnegie

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mark Carnegie was appointed a Director of the Company on 6 February 2009. Mark was a member of the Company’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee from February 2009 until May 2011.

Mark has had nearly 25 years experience as an investor and corporate adviser in New York, London and Sydney. He was a principal of Carnegie, Wylie & Company before the acquisition of that business by Lazard Limited and was previously the CEO of Lazard Australia Private Equity Pty Ltd (formerly LCW Private Equity Pty Ltd), Lazard’s Australian private equity business, which manages the fund that is a substantial shareholder of the Company. In 2011, Mark established M.H. Carnegie & Co. Pty Ltd, a venture capital and private equity firm. Mark is a Director of a large number of private companies.

Gareth Young

ALTERNATE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
BSc in Economics (Hons)

Gareth Young was appointed as the Alternate Non-Executive Director to Mark Carnegie on 31 January 2013.

As a Director and a member of the investment committee at Lazard Australia Private Equity ("LAPE"), Gareth brings a wealth of experience to our board. Prior to joining LAPE in August 2011, Gareth spent seven years with ISIS Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in London, as a member of their investment team where he successfully led and supported a number of new investments, recapitalisations, refinancing events, restructuring events and exits. Gareth’s experience also includes periods in the corporate restructuring divisions of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in London.

Gareth is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England & Wales and in 2011 he completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Jack Cowin

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jack Cowin was appointed a Director of the Company on 1 March 2011. On 26 May 2011 Jack was appointed Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Jack Cowin is Founder and Executive Chairman of Competitive Foods Australia Pty Ltd, which owns and operates over 350 fast food restaurants in Australia. It also operates several food manufacturing plants for the supermarket and food service industries, exporting to 29 countries. Jack is a Director of Network Ten and a Director of BridgeClimb and was appointed a Director of Fairfax Media Limited on 19 July 2012. He brings significant experience and understanding of the sectors in which Chandler Macleod operates.

Elizabeth Crouch

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
BEc FAICD

Elizabeth Crouch was appointed a Director of the Company on 1 March 2011. On 26 May 2011 Elizabeth was appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Elizabeth Crouch is a company director and consultant to government and the private sector. She spent 16 years with the Federal Government before moving into the private sector, where she held various positions including the role of Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association. Elizabeth is Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University, Chair of the National Occupational Licensing Authority and Chair of the Health Infrastructure and Transport audit committees. She is the former Chairman of Railcorp and the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation, and Deputy Chair of the City of Sydney Planning Committee. She also holds a number of positions with community and sports organisations.

John Plummer

NON-EXECUTIVE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

John Plummer was appointed a Director of the Company on 30 May 2005. From 1 September 2007, John became a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee until May 2011. John was also Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee from April 2009 until May 2011.

John is also Chairman of the Australian Institute of Financial Services and Accounting and a Director of Professional Associations Super Ltd. John is a past National President of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association, the peak body of the employment services industry in Australia and New Zealand.

Owen Wilson

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & COMPANY SECRETARY
BCom ACA

Owen Wilson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, was appointed Company Secretary on 9 April 2009.

Owen joined the Company following a 15 year career with the ANZ Banking Group during which he held various finance roles culminating in the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Institutional Division of ANZ. Owen was responsible for ANZ’s international partnership business in Asia where he oversaw their investments in numerous banks and credit card businesses across the region. He was a director of numerous companies in Australia and Asia including ANZ Royal Bank in Cambodia and the listed AmBank Group in Malaysia.

Prior to joining ANZ, Owen had a successful career with KPMG in Melbourne and London. He has excellent experience with high end relationship businesses through his work in Institutional Banking and he has managed high volume low margin operations in his previous role.

Cameron Judson

CEO & MANAGING DIRECTOR

As CEO and Managing Director of Chandler Macleod Group Limited, Cameron is responsible for delivering sustainable profitable growth, improving operational performance and driving innovation and change. With Chandler Macleod since 2005, Cameron held strategic roles in workforce services, business services and client services before his appointment as Chief Operating Officer in 2010. As Chief Operating Officer, he was instrumental in developing and executing the Group’s strategy.

Before joining Chandler Macleod, Cameron held senior positions within Chubb and TNT, companies with international operations delivering services to most major vertical markets.

Greg Coolahan

GROUP LEGAL COUNSEL & COMPANY SECRETARY
Dip Law (SAB)

Greg Coolahan, the Company’s Group Legal Counsel, was appointed Company Secretary on 17 April 2011.

In his secretarial capacity, Greg is primarily responsible for the administration and governance of the Board and its Committees, and compliance with legal, regulatory and listing requirements. In his capacity as Group Legal Counsel, Greg is responsible for contract and tender reviews, commercial and corporate legal advice, insurance maintenance and renewal, and general legal advice, services and training. Greg was formerly Commercial and Legal Director at Ross Human Directions prior to its acquisition by the Company. He previously held a senior legal and commercial role within Otis Elevator Company (Australia and International).

Justin Papps

CHIEF SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Justin Papps is Chandler Macleod’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, previously Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for the development and growth of the Chandler Macleod brand and the application of Chandler Macleod’s array of skills and services in new ways for clients. Justin brings more than 12 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and innovation to the leadership team, in addition to over 5 years experience leading the Chandler Macleod Consulting development team in NSW, specifically with the Mettle brand prior to and post its acquisition in 2007.

Justin has direct involvement with many of Chandler Macleod’s blue-chip clients including Woolworths Limited, Coca- Cola Amatil, Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Group. Prior to joining Chandler Macleod in 2007, Justin was Executive Director of one of Australia’s largest and most successful advertising and Communications agencies. He is also the Director of international brand consultancy, shift.101 which has offices in London, Austin and New York.

Anne Simic

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Anne Simic is the Chief People Officer of Chandler Macleod Group and is responsible for developing the talent management strategy across the organisation, incorporating employee acquisition, engagement, learning and development and overseeing the cultivation of a constructive, supportive and effective corporate culture to underpin the values of Chandler Macleod.

Prior to joining Chandler Macleod in 2011, Anne was involved in a number of contracts requiring skills in M&A specifically the Employee Relations and Cultural aspects. Anne's experience also includes over 20 years in Human Resources for some of Australia's largest organisations including Coles/Myer, Panasonic and for the majority of her career, Qantas. Anne's last 5 years at Qantas was as the Head of People for Qantas Airlines

Phil Gray

CHIEF TRANSFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Prior to the announcement of the new Group Business Strategy, Phil Gray was CIO at Chandler Macleod Group. In addition to the CIO’s usual duties delivering the business’ IT services, he is now responsible for leading the T&T team in the delivery of the business transformation programs underpinning the new strategy.

Phil brings more than 14 years experience in senior management and IT roles. He has led end-to-end functional reviews, set strategic direction and implemented transformation programs delivering increased business capability, performance and enhanced customer satisfaction.

His experience includes nine years at Qantas, where he was responsible for managing high value relationships delivering high availability IT services. During the same period he also achieved cost savings and productivity improvements.

In 2010, Phil was honoured as ‘New CIO of the Year’ by the Australian Financial Review.

Morgan Sloper

Morgan Sloper is Chandler Macleod’s Chief Legal & Risk Officer and was appointed Company Secretary on 31st January 2013. Leading the Legal & Risk functions for the Group, Morgan supports the achievement of Chandler Macleod’s strategy, through the provision of valued legal and risk advice and guidance, to ensure the organisation effectively manages its regulatory requirements and commercial risks. Morgan re-joined Chandler Macleod in 2013, having previously held the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Chandler Macleod between 2007 and 2008.

Morgan brings over 15 years of legal and risk management experience from across Australia, the USA and Asia, and having worked for several leading organisations including Brightpoint, Quiksilver and Optus.

Damian Johnson

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, STAFFING SERVICES
MBA, BBus (Accounting)

Damian Johnson is the head of Staffing Services for Chandler Macleod Group. Prior to his current appointment, Damian was Chandler Macleod's Chief of Strategy and Development. Damian joined the Company with over 25 years experience in supporting, building and managing service businesses in both Australia and Asia.

Damian spent 20 years with ANZ Banking Group during which time he held numerous roles across multiple disciplines including technology, operations, corporate banking, and retail banking. Of this time Damian spent 9 years living and working in Asia developing ANZ's franchise across ten countries, culminating in the role of ANZ's Head of Retail and Private Banking Asia.

More recently, Damian was with Skilled Group for 2 years where he held the position of Executive General Manager Shared Services and later, CEO of the Staffing Services Division responsible for the management and development of their workforce solutions and recruitment business. Damian has deep experience with and insight into the strategic challenges and opportunities facing service companies operating in the domestic and international arena.

Jeremy Nichols

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, CONSULTING

Jeremy Nichols is the Executive General Manager, Consulting at the Chandler Macleod Group and has been with the group since 2004. The Consulting team partners with organisations to create high performing individuals, teams and organisations through a range of assessment and development strategies. He manages a team of 80 consultants across 5 States, and has re-shaped the Consulting business over the last 2 years to become a highly respected and successful business in Chandler Macleod.

Jeremy also works closely in a advisory capacity with Senior Executives across many industries including:, retail, information technology, utilities, banking and finance, and government sectors. He has successfully delivered large scale consulting programs including culture change, strategic shaping, executive team development and leadership change projects.

Overall, Jeremy has close to 20 years consulting experience where he has led a number of consultancy companies, including a multi-national organisation, and continues to work with clients to bring their corporate strategies to life and manage the challenges that often arise when implementing new initiatives.

Michelle Loader

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, AHS

Michelle Loader leads the AHS Services division. She is responsible for the provision of Managed Services to Accommodation Hotels throughout Australia partnering with most major hotel groups including Crown, Hilton, Intercontinental, Toga, Rydges and Accor.

Michelle’s role with Chandler Macleod commenced in February 2012 post the acquisition of the AHS Services business. Prior to joining Chandler Macleod Michelle held various roles within AHS including leading the team for 2 years as the CEO. Michelle brings 20 years of experience in hotels and the hospitality sector in a diverse range of roles including Hotel General Manager and has worked with some of Australia’s leading hospitality providers including Intercontinental Hotel Group, Toga Hotel Group and Spotless Services.

David Marshall

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, AURION
BEc CA

David Marshall is the head of Aurion at the Chandler Macleod Group. Aurion forms a key component of Chandler Macleod's corporate strategy to change the business mix by diversifying its product and service offerings. To maintain Aurion’s status as a cutting-edge provider of HR/Payroll technology solutions, David's key focus is on innovation and product development to deliver long term solutions to customers. Before taking up this role in April 2011, David was Chief Financial Officer at Ross Human Directions Limited for more than two years, prior to its acquisition by the Chandler Macleod Group.

David’s previous experience also includes CFO at Clarius Group Limited, in addition to 5 years as CFO at Mincom Limited, an Australian owned, global ERP software and services provider to companies in asset-intensive industries.

Scott Cowans

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, MANAGED SERVICES

Scott Cowans has been with the Chandler Macleod Group since 2004 and is the Executive General Manager of Chandler Macleod's Managed Services division. He has previously held senior roles in managed services for Microsoft and IBM. Scott has consulted with many of Australia's leading companies on workforce management, business process re-engineering and IT automation. Chandler Macleod Managed Services focuses on how Australia can lift productivity as a source of competitive advantage in a globalised economy. Scott is also a Member of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Advisory Council.

Hugh Cattermole

EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, VIVIR HEALTHCARE
MBA, B. Physio (Hons)

Hugh Cattermole leads the VIVIR Healthcare division which was acquired by Chandler Macleod in December 2012. He is responsible for the provision of allied health services to the residential and community aged care sectors. Hugh joined VIVIR in early 2011 and is a qualified physiotherapist who holds an MBA and is presently completing a Masters of Law. Hugh has extensive experience in human services provision in the health sector and has also worked in international financial services provision with six years spent working in senior management roles in Denmark and the UK. Immediately prior to Hugh’s appointment at VIVIR he was a Director at an international human resources and labour hire group.
