You have a really good head for business. You can
manage a pipeline of prospective clients as well as meet your immediate
targets. You’re good at taking ownership of and meeting personal
financial targets.

You’re a strong
proponent of the greater good, understanding what it means to be part of
a team. You can work both on your own or in partnership with others,
and you have the ability to be accountable for your own as well as the
team’s targets.
You’ve got experience
You have already
established yourself in your professional field with five to ten years
under your belt, or you are a graduate with at least two years in the
work force. You have a background in banking and finance, IT, marketing,
accounting, engineering, supply chain and logistics, sales or
hospitality but no recruitment experience. You like to learn new things,
so we can train you on the rest.
